TERMS OF SERVICE

I. GENERAL1. Prices are for non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified.
2. Commercial work is subject to additional fees depending on usage rights, scale, and
exposure. Commercial use starts at 2x the base price.
3. All prices are starting prices and may increase depending on complexity, detail, armor, background, or revisions.
4. Clients must clearly describe the request and provide references when possible.
5. Commissions may be used for my portfolio or social media unless agreed otherwise.
6. If the commission is under NDA and cannot be shared, an additional 30% fee will apply.
7. NSFW is allowed, but explicit sexual content (e.g. penetration) and heavy gore are strictly prohibited.
8. Suggestive, sexual, nudity, and gore content must be tagged as sensitive.
9. Rush deadlines are subject to an additional 2x fee.
10. Additional characters will be charged +80% of the base price per character.II. PAYMENT1. Full payment is required before starting the commission.
2. For commissions above $500, a 50% deposit is acceptable. The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.
3. A 7% VAT (value-added tax) will be added to the final price of all commissions.III. WORKFLOW1. The general process includes: Inquiry → Quote → Sketch → Approval → Final Render → Delivery.
2. Clients may request minor adjustments during the sketch stage.
3. Additional fees apply for major revisions, especially after sketch approval.
4. The usual turnaround time is 30 days after payment, depending on complexity.
5. Updates will be provided at key stages of the commission process.IV. COPYRIGHT & USAGE1. The artist retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.
2. Commissions are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.
3. Redistribution, resale, or modification without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Commercial usage requires additional fees and a separate agreement.V. REFUND POLICY1. All payments are non-refundable once the sketch process has begun.
2. A refund of the deposit will be granted if the commission is delayed by more than 60 days from the agreed timeline, unless due to force majeure or client delay.VI. COMMUNICATIONClients can contact me via Instagram, X (Twitter), or VGen for commission inquiries or updates.
